PBLA Module

This module introduces learners to Indigenous cultural celebrations through vocabulary and language skills related to powwow events and traditions. Learners practise describing activities and participating respectfully.

Story

1. It’s Powwow Day! — Follow Ranya and her family from the Poundmaker Cree Nation as they prepare with special regalia and dance together at a summer powwow. Experience the vibrant celebrations, music, and traditions through their joyful day.
